Our services include, but are not limited to: eligibility assessment for government programs, personalized financial education, financial planning, and assistance with benefit application procedures.

To use our services, you must: be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian, be a resident of Mexico, provide truthful and up-to-date information, and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We reserve the right to verify the information provided and refuse services if we detect false information.

The initial evaluation consultation is free. Additional services may have costs that will be clearly communicated before contracting. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. Accepted payment methods and refund policies will be detailed in the specific service contract.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the website. Continued use of our services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or if your conduct affects other users or the operation of our services.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
